Important Notice – COVID-19 Vaccination Records

We are aware of a current national issue affecting the recording of COVID-19 vaccinations. In some cases, vaccinations that have been given are not appearing in patients’ records.

If you check your online immunisation record and cannot see a recent COVID-19 vaccination, please be assured that the vaccination has been given. This is a known technical issue, and NHS Digital is working to resolve it as soon as possible.
